Being able to select multiple data from a spreadsheet to produce a second spreadsheet

Hi, I'm after selecting data from one tab and moving it to a second tab. In the first tab, I have a range of data including operator. I then want to select all of the jobs for a selected operator from tab 1 and get them also showing in tab 2. I have used a lookup formula but this only finds the first occurrence of the operator and shows this, I would like to be able to look up multiple occurrences and show them in tab 2.

Can anyone help

@Robsot100 If you are on Office365 (Monthly) you can use FILTER to achieve this.
