If you want to create a new workbook: press Ctrl+N.
If you want to insert a new worksheet into an existing workbook: clock the + button to the right of the last worksheet tab near the bottom of the window, or press Shift+F11 or press Alt+Shift+F1.
If you want to open an existing workbook: press Crl+O.
If you want something else: please try to explain as clearly as you can.
