average with values

Hello everybody,
I would like to apply the average to be calculated on a row to a cell. The average should be calculated only on cells with value excluding those with value 0 or "-" which should not be counted.
Suggestions?

Here's a good site for you to know about....you can research basic questions like the one you've asked and generally find your own answer. Here, for example, is a link to the answer to your question, which I arrived at after just entering the word "average" in their search window and reading and following links within (there are lots of Excel variations on "AVERAGE" and it turns out that AVERAGEIFS is what you're looking for.
