Availability of the AI-powered Excel Analyze Data feature?

I'm looking in my local and web versions of Excel (M365) for the Analyze Data feature described HERE. I don't see option in either local or Web Excel. Is this something that is still available and being rolled out? Or is it something now only in Copilot? Or is it missing from my experience since I am in a GCC tenant?

Nope, it shall be available for 365 subscribers, both business and consumer subscription
