How to automatically gather data filled in columns in sheet1,2,3 to sheet 4 considering every category(Name Tel Number Amount) and skipping blank cells ?

You might be able to use the FILTER function to do that. Here's a video that explains its use very well.

Those source sheets, however, are worrisome to me: In general I would recommend making them simpler and more functional, by which I mean, in part, place less emphasis on aesthetics (colors and separations) and more on just creating a clean table of data.
