Automatic data selection

Hi!

I have a doubt with automatically table filling. In one hand I have different data associated with a product name. Then, I have to summarize all the data, filling the gaps with the value linked with each tag. Do you know any function than could search in each 'order table' and put that value in the bif table in order to summarize all the data?
