automatic alerts 3 months before a date in MS Teams Excel

Dear Everyone,

In the MS Teams excel I share with my colleagues we track programs that have a start and an end date. I would like to create an automatic alert that is triggered when the end date of a program is three months ahead of the current date (i.e. today). Ideally, this alert would print the content of a pre-defined cell.

Is this possible? And if so, can you give me suggestions?

I don't think so. If only to use Power Automate and check file from time to time to analyze data, but it very depends on how data is organized.
