Automate reporting

I have been asked to automate a report. Data comes in from Qualtrics as "extremely satisfied" "somewhat satisfied" "neither" "somewhat dissatisfied" and "extremely satisfied" Find and replace is then used to replace those with 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 then an average is found to turn in to a bar graph with specific formatting. Is there anyway to automate this process with new data sets? Thanks!
