I wanted to find out if a function exist in excel where we have a column of numbers that is in any order but I want to type in a number at the top of that list but then the column will automatically bring all numbers down that list and make the bottom number disappear eg.

2
5
7
but I want to change top 3 to 5 therefore, I want the column will be as below
5
3
1
3
9
2
5
the bottom seven disappears and top 5 is introduced. Is there a formula or function I can use to achieve that?
