See image below. I can not get the plus sign to appear in the bottom right hand corner of the cell, therefore can't drag a formula. I followed the directions on help to resolve, but no luck. Open to suggestions.

You can try changing your AutoFill settings to make sure they’re configured correctly by going to File > Options > Advanced and scrolling down to the Editing options section.
Make sure the Enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop option is selected.
You can also try selecting all values before dragging Fill Handle or removing gaps between columns.
If none of these solutions work, you can try checking out other possible solutions from this page.
Maybe its helps!

@NikolinoDE The screen-shot that was posted clearly shows both boxes are checked.

I was able to semi work around ~ i have to zoom in to like, 50% so that the intersection of cells is so big that the cursor cannot "ignore" it. It works 90% of the time, the other 10% i still have to save my workbook, close and reopen.

@SCenter2018 I tried that too and it didn't work. I'm so frustrated with this. I have tried everything and seen almost all the YouTube videos as well.

@Thanh_Nguyen_ This was also happening to me all of a sudden..... I went through countless threads with "fixes" that didn't work for me... What did work.... My computer just needed an update. Immediate fix! Check and see if you need an update.
