Auto Cell Formatting

I am using Excel 2019. Row 2 has a certain format in colors and strikeout. When I enter anything on row 3, directly below, the format carries over, color and strikeout. How do I turn of the auto formatting?

Excel -> File -> Options -> Advanced ->

-->Editing Options - Expand data range formats and formulas,

-->remove the check mark.

Click OK.

Additional Informations: Advanced options

This setting is possible from version 2007 and should also be possible with Excel 2019.

Tried it with Excel 2016 and works without problems :).
