Assistance with pulling numbers through from a table based on combination of two input variables

In Excel (Mac) I have one cell with a value. I have another cell with a value. Depending on the combination of the numbers/values/text in these cells I would like to fetch another number from an array. Can you please help me with the formula?

@mark_1971 Sounds like you need a combination of INDEX and MATCH. Can you be more specific with regard to "one cell","another cell" and "another" number"? Would be helpful to see where these values/texts/numbers are located in the worksheet in order to be able to construct a formula.
