Hello, I am organising an event for 400 participants and I need to assign all these participants into 10 different company workshops. The participants have all given their preferences for their top 3 workshops. Does anyone know if I can use excel to help me to easily assign these 400 participants in 10 groups of 40 based on the preference of the participant?
