ANOVA with different samples sizes

Hey! I have tried making an ANOVA (2 way) with different sample sizes, but Excel seems to not help me:(.
This is what I tried: Data analysis -> ANOVA: 2 factor with replication -> I selected my entire data set (attached).

I'm learning this functions, the're new to me. I came here because my teacher did not help me, so I hope someone can help me, I would be very grateful!

I noticed you have some cells without data and you don't have the same unmber of data for each group [A,B,C,D]
