I want to load up excel analysis toolpak add in and error persisted

All Troubleshooting:

Open excel in safe mode

Enable add in

Check add in location

Office repair

Disable Antivirus

Uninstall/reinstall didn’t work. Right now it says we’re starting the add-ins runtime, just a moment. But it doesn’t move from that
