Age at the time of hire or age at DOD for the employee

Would anyone be able to let me know if there is a formula that can show the employee's current age (as of today) or if there is a date of death, what the employee was when she or he passed away?If there is not a DOD, I need the formula to figure out that if there are no DODs to continue to calculate the age of the employee for the current date. I only know how to calculate one or the other (like: Current age or DOD age).
