Adding Number of Days rule to different dates in cells

Hello,

I have many different dates in a column of cells. I’m trying to make a function or rule to have them get highlighted once 365 days from all of those unique dates has passed. Do I need to apply it to each cell individually or can i make a blanket rule or function for it to work? TIA

@1AwsumGuy You can use Conditional Formatting for that as demonstrated in the picture below.
