Adding info from other cell into new cells

I need to bring info from other cells into a new cell inside of a statement.

I have attached a photo with a description of what im looking for.

Use this in column J:

="Bought "&D43&" for "&TEXT(F43,"$#,##0.00")

Thank you, if im making that function myself whats the "$#,##0.00" for?

If the formula was

="Bought "&D43&" for "&F43

Excel would use the "bare" value of F43, and the result would be

Bought 5 for 197.01

TEXT(F43,"$#,##0.00") applies currency format to the value of F43, so that the result is

Bought 5 for $197.01
