adding Data Sources to Power Query

I need to import tables within PDF files and, using Power Query, there's no PDF choice in Data Sources...How do I add to Data Sources??   thanks

You can't add, only to change Excel platform. List of connectors by platform/version is here Power Query data sources in Excel versions (microsoft.com),

For Mac it's quite limited.
