Hi! I'm new to Excel.
I created a sheet with defined names and now I want to add a new column but it says
The value entered isn't valid.
Data validation criteria have been defined for this cell to restrict the values that can be entered.
How do I create a new column and rename it? I'm using excel online.

If the right-most column in the table had data validation set, when you add a new column it will pick up the same rules. Just remove data-validation from those cells (or establish different rules). I've not worked with Excel online, but have experienced that with Excel desktop.
