Adding a line onto a pre-designed Gantt chart

Hi,

This seems quite simple, but I can't quite figure out how to do it...

I'm using one of the pre-loaded Gantt Chart templates, and on the data entry tab, it gives me 10 (or more) entries (see under "Position").

However, on the tab with the Gantt chart itself, it won't show more than 5. How do I get it to show items 6 through 9?

@hoffmanwolff Could you upload the template that you are using? By the way, the chart only displays items 2 - 6 and ignores item 1 and everything after 6. These Gantt templates come in many different varieties. All seem to have in common that you can scroll the viewing area to the period you are interested in. Without seeing the actual template, it's difficult to judge how this one works. The pictures don't give a direct clue, other than that perhaps the order in which you enter the items is important in this particular template. What happens if you sort your items on start date (earliest to latest)? Thus, your item 8 becomes item 1, your items (6-7-9) become (2-3-4) etc.
