Adding a date value to the header of EXCEL worksheets

Copper Contributor

I have a workbook with about 10 worksheets in it. I update two of the sheets and the rest are populated based on the information I add to the first two worksheet. However, I need to print each of the worksheets as a report. In doing so, I have the "week ending" date (e.g.  "for the week ending 09 Feb 2020") in the header of each worksheet. Is there any way to enter that date once and have it replicated to all of the other worksheets?

Thanks,

If you enter it in Sheet1, cell A1, for example and you want it also to duplicate in cell A1 of Sheet2 the just type = into A1 on Sh2, click on the Sheet1 tab then click on Cell A1 (where the data is entered) and then hit return - you should find that the entry is linked. As you update Sheet1, so to will links to it in other sheets.
