Add Hours

I want to add hours with different separations, i mean, if i put in a column 1:00 & 2.00, i want in the value cell that sums the amount to put 3:00

without difference between “.” “:”

What i have to do to achieve that excel considers a point (.) as the same of 2 points (:)
