Add data from one sheet to another based on criteria

I have Book 1 and Book 2

Book 1 and 2 have similar data but Book 2 is missing some. 

 I need a formula that will give me:

If the first name and last name match in both books then put the data from Book 1 column D into Book 2 column E

Let me add- Both list are not identical

One list might have 

Aaron

Adrienne

Brad

Bob

Carl

The second book has some additional people- so its not row for row like copy paste

Aaron

Alleen

Adrienne

Ben

Brad

Bradford

Bob

@cstegall Look into the VLOOKUP function (or XLOOKUP in case your Excel version supports it). You'll find examples of both in the attached workbook.
