Add a blank row, to a range, based on a value present in another range

Hi,

I would like to add blank rows to the attached Excel spreadsheet, directly above each new occurrence of 'Site Name' (column A) (starting with the second Site Name). The code on tab two in the Excel creates a short list of all unique Site Names in the last column of the spreadsheet. But the coding I put in to 'look up' the unique values in column A does not seem to work. I'm also struggling with the addition of a blank row directly above the first match I found in column A. Is there anybody that can help?
