activex component can't create object - Excel Macros

Hey, 

I'm trying to run macros to generate a design on CATIA V5, but it keeps giving me the following error. 

I tried to open it on VB and the error slight changes. 

I have used Excel to generate designs on CATIA before but it is not working currently. Please help me debug this issue.
