Don't hold your breath while waiting. Seriously; that's not the way this forum works. We're not a Microsoft Customer Service Center, where maybe once a case gets open you could expect a call.
Those of us who frequent these pages are volunteers who answer questions--which you haven't asked--because we like to help people use Excel effectively.
So in the absence of questions from you, let me ask you a few--to "prime the pump" but not to exhaust the possible pieces of information you could provide if you expect to get help.
- Do you have the 3D maps that you're talking about?
- Are you expecting to use one or more of the Excel Data features in conjunction with said maps?
- Are the maps (if you have them) prompting for some Excel imports of some kind?
- Or are you assuming that's what they need?
- Or something else?
- In short, what -- precisely -- is the nature of the help you need?
