Why is there no Chinese translation of my edge developer tools

@SimpleUserName Hello!  Thanks for reaching out!  The Microsoft Edge DevTools should use your browser language by default.  Chinese (Simplified) or Chinese (Traditional) - 中文（繁體） are available options.

If you are having an issue, you can check your DevTools Settings or press F1 > Preferences and make sure the Match browser language checkbox is selected.
