WebView2 without runtime

Hello. Greetings.

I'm implementing WebView2 as a replacement for the .Net Framework 4.0 native WebBrowser. However, my product support team asked about the need to install the WebView2 Runtime on our customers. I searched and didn't find anything related. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to use WebView2, having only Edge 2 installed, for example, on Windows 10.

Estou implementando o WebView2 como um substituto ao WebBrowser nativo do .Net Framework 4.0. Porém, minha equipe de suporte ao produto questionou a respeito da necessidade de instalar o WebView2 Runtime em nossos clientes. Eu pesquisei e não encontrei nada relacionado. Sendo assim, gostaria de saber se é possível utilizar o WebView2, tendo apenas o Edge 2 instalado, por exemplo, no Windows 10.
