MS Edge on Windows 7 Sets itself as default pdf reader app

Copper Contributor

When we set the GPO setting "DefaultBrowserSettingEnabled" this sets Microsoft edge as the default app not only for browsing (.htm; .htm files, URis etc) but as the default app for .pdf and other extensions like .svg, .webp.

This setting it's not clear and we as admins should have more control which extension we want the microsoft edge to be the default app. Not all.

We don't want it to be the default pdf reader because it as lots of limitations, but we do want as the default browser.
