Enforce Sync types with Group Policies

Iron Contributor

With Edge 85 you have added the abillity to sync also for on-prem Active Directories.

And we have an GPO to disable some types of Sync Data.

Is there a GPO or registry key to enforce some types of sync data? Beceause at the moment the useres ar able to disable the sync for favorites and settings under edge://settings/profiles/sync. And if the useres do that the sync isn't working anymore.

Hello @htcfreek - Have you checked out https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-policies#synctypeslistdisabled?

If it does not cover your scenario, we also have the Microsoft Edge Enterprise UserVoice:  https://microsoftedge.uservoice.com/forums/928825-enterprise.  This would probably fit into the "Enterprise sync" category.  Please feel free to submit your idea!

Yes I have tested the policy "synctypeslistdisabled". But it does not what I need. I need the opposite (enforce the sync types).
