Edge sync feature not supported (Office 365 E3)

Hi,

 

For some reason Edge sync stopped working, i tried removing the account but appart from losing all local data it didnt fix anything.

 

When i remove the account there is a moment where the sync seems to be working but after some time it turns back to Feature Not Supported.

 

I've tried looking at some of the old topics with no result (edge://policy/ and edge://sync-internals)

 

If I can't fix it is there a way to export the data to an other browser or something like that ?

@ArnaudTez Hello - I don't know of any recent changes made regarding supported environments/prerequisites for sync.  There might be something going on with your specific account. 

 

Here are our sync docs which includes information for troubleshooting and would be a good place to start.

Thank you for helping me !
I've seen the first two, but there isn't much information about the "feature not supported error".
There is no policy activated when i check edge;//policy.

@ArnaudTez Did you manage to fix it as of now? I'm having the same issue with 1 user.
