Edge IE mode works sometimes

Im testing out the IE mode with a site list in schema v.2 version that is working if I run pure IE. In Edge the pages on our list loads every other time in IE mode and the other in normal mode, or the main page gets loaded in normal mode and when I click a link on the page that link is opened in IE mode.

Is this a bug? or am I missing something with my setup?

It sounds like you are experiencing the same behavior from this thread:

The only way I'm able to avoid this is by configuring the Enterprise Mode site list in Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer or in HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Main\EnterpriseMode\SiteList.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I also got it to work with the instructions from that thread.
