Does Edge Chromium have a built in function that cleans up Edge Chromium taskbar shortcuts on first launch? Is there a way to prevent that from happening?
We have a script that pins a shortcut to the taskbar for each user that logs into the computer for the first time. It's an Edge Chromium shortcut that points directly to our intranet site. The problem is once you click on the custom shortcut or the default Edge Chromium shortcut and it starts up, the custom shortcut gets deleted. We've been using this with IE and are trying to make the switch to Edge C.
Any insight would be appreciated.
