We have gone through many reviews of OS support channels and in our industry ( Banking ) we will require that a portion of our machines stay on the LTSC service branchs, upgrading to the next version every 3 years if it meets and passes testing. In our LTSC environment we want to use the Chromuim based version of Edge when the Enterprise model is available. I can not find any documentation that references whether this new version of Edge will be supported in one form or another on the LTSC support channel. Can it be installed as a stand alone application in LTSC? Will SCCM support updating it via Software Updates in LTSC? If someone could provide this information or maybe point me in the right direction for these answers I would appreciate it. We have other options for browsers but we like the idea of Enterprise Edge. Thank you.

Solution@DavidGarn I'm happy to say yes, Microsoft Edge is supported on Windows 10 LTSC.
For now, you can download the MSIs that are available here: https://aka.ms/edgeenterprise and deploy them using SCCM leveraging its general capabilities for that ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/DeployEdge/deploy-edge-with-configuration-manager ). We are actively looking at improving the experience for managing Microsoft Edge updates in SCCM, but the above should get you started.

@HotCakeX With the recent update today, I still do not see it on my school computer. I could use the beta version without admin privilege, now I can't.

Okay
Sadly, I can't use it then.
I don't don't know why Microsoft is not pushing it to the schools. If this goes on then,
people from their early ages i.e. from student life will keep on using Google Chrome. It is in their home PC and pre-installed on their school computers by school IT department; they don't have to take extra efforts to sync or have continuity in their user experience. And once again nobody will not even try to use Microsoft Edge.

just to confirm that Edge for business can be installed manually if you have access to admin ID
use IE to browse: the semi annual release channel:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/download
choose the channel, release and platform; finally click download and install after.
I chose stable 84, build 84.0.522.63, platform windows 32 bit for my x32 w10 LTSC
