Hi, we're using the App Config features for Edge on Android. We're using a * (wildcard) for URL blacklisting in the Blacklist field and whitelisting certain URLs in the Whitelist field. This works as expected on the devices i.e. Blocked Page shows if you try to access any URL that isn't whitelisted. However, if you close/exit Edge and re launch it - the URL will open and on refresh the page is blocked again. The Start Fresh option on Continuous Browsing would be a great fix here but the option is not available in App Config. Could you let us know if this will be possible in future iterations (and when)?
