When the programm is selected and is startingt, there is a pop up with a failure, Excel 0xc0000142.
Program name : Excel 2013. I like to know what to do to make it operate agian.

Does it happens for other Microsoft Office products like Word too?
There have been report of this error for version 2016 which has been fixed by update:

Try update Windows and update Microsoft Office and restart your PC and see if problem persist.
