Day 8 & 9

In Day 8, we dived proper into Microsoft's Power Automate. In this session, Omolola Alfred a Power Platform Developer at HaShem utilizes the power of Power Automate to automate multiple tasks of admin staff in her organization enabling them focus on more important responsibilities and reduce the workload on them. Check out the session on-demand below:

Our Power Automate solution needs some more specific features though. We want heads of departments to approve their employees' requests first before sending to the admin staff to process and work on. Using the Switch functionality in Power Automate we can make this happen. Immediately the response is approved or rejected, our SharePoint list is updated. Our flow is also designed to send an email to the employee informing him or her of the result of the request.
