Having this ability to grant a non-admin read access to the Admin Message Center is extremely beneficial for governance efforts. This capability would enable business users outside of IT who may be responsible for intranet product management or business productivity initiatives within a company to have visibility into upcoming changes beyond what the public Roadmap provides.
