Relaunch Campaigns

Hi,

Has anyone here worked on relaunch campaigns, typically when MSFT was launched and not adopted and needed to be launched again?

Any sample content for campaigns would be useful

I think the Service Adoption framework really applies in most cases.

Even if you're "relaunching", you still:
- build a team
- set communication standards
- determine goals / KPIs / metrics
- Experiment / Envision Usage Scenarios
- Plan for training
- Roll out, scale, continually improve

Etc etc

So start there, and use the Maturity Model as an additional resource.
