Is it possible to have multiple Learning pathways Site Collections?
When I deploy a 2nd Learning Pathways Site Collection from the lookbook, the 1st Learning Pathways Site Collection is impacted. Some of the links on the 1st site point to the 2nd site.
I assume the webparts have references set during the provisioning.
Interesting scenario, I would say that it should be possible to have more than one Learning Pathways sites but per your problems it seems that's not the case. I'm going to ask this to the some folks at Microsoft that might drop some light here

Quick Update here: I have found the right person you can talk about your scenario...apparently what you are seeing is just by design. You should write any comment you have here: https://github.com/pnp/custom-learning-office-365 There Julie Turner is monitoring any issue that might happen so you can expect to find answers there
