Have you thought to build an automated process for delivering microlearning sites (i.e. from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/training or Microsoft 365 learning pathways) to the users' mailboxes on a specific, adjustable, schedule, with the specific, adjustable, order?
Maybe you have already built it but I am not aware of it. If yes, please share?
