How to use Teams to manage a group e-mail

We use O365 E3 for all company users.

We manage for our Clients a specific monthly task and for that we have created a share e-mail tor where Clients send a file to be handled by us and send to a third party entity.

I was wondering if we can use Teams to manage the reception by e-mail of that file, the internal handling of it and the sending of each file to the respective third party entity.

It would be wonderful to monitor the inbox of that specific group e-mail, enabling the team users to manage their tasks from there.

Ideas & suggestions please !!!

Flow isn't helping, any other ideas ?
