I am not advising this - however it is well known there are tools which can extract the videos from this platform

If you manage to get your hands on the video from Microsoft or elsewhere, upload to Stream, you’ll need to create and upload a custom caption file as currently it is only automatic in English and Spanish, not Vietnamese.
