Driving MS Teams home is a challenge at first but a locomotive once it gets it legs

I've been the primary MS Teams trainer for our organization for the 9 months and it has been fun.  It always starts off with the Level 1 (OMG, what  is this screen and why is it so busy) and then we go through the training class and show them the button locations and functions, basic high level stuff.

After the initial foundational training takes effect and they USE Teams (most important piece of user adoption..) they are off to the races.  So in advance, get the newbies over the proverbial hump in training and its all downhill from there.....you get grab a cup of coffee and prepare for your next training class...

Cheers
