Hi all, I'm looking to roll out the CMP to an existing network of Champions we have in my org. We're planning to customise the deployment to reflect our structure and I was hoping that members could offer their experience on structures.
Some of the literature suggests that the non-champion front end can find a champion near them based on location. How does this work in practice? Geography doesn't play a part in our org structure. Is there any hierarchy in place for these locations or are the different columns unrelated (for instance in the default deployment could i select EMEA for region and Canada for Country)? I don't want to overwhelm champions and users with options when selecting location in the business.
