I followed the below guide to set up the Champion Management Platform as a SharePoint admin. Within the admin centre, it says the app is now available in MS Teams and SPO. When I try to add the application to an MS Teams site, nothing is appearing - it has been a few days now.

I have also logged in as an MS Teams admin to see if the application will appear in the app manager and again, nothing appears.
I have now deleted it the application from the SharePoint admin centre and restarted from scratch - but still nothing has appeared. Is there anything I can try to get this up and running?
