Enable history accelerator to open the full page

Enables the History keyboard shortcut to open the full page instead of the hub.  Mac, Windows, Linux

with this flag enabled, pressing Ctrl + H no longer opens the history flyout, instead it will open edge://history/all

Thanks for the update! Have been looking forward to this for a long time.
This is really useful! Thank you for making this.
Also opening the extension tab, edge://extensions/ using shortcuts, say ctrl+shift+x (like in VSCode) would be nice too.
The flag seems to no longer be there in Version 97.0.1072.21 (Official build) beta (64-bit) :\

Sadly Microsoft has decided to remove the functionality in order to force people to use the Internet Explorer style flyouts.  You can restore the option by turning on the "Temporarily unexpire M95" flags and "Temporarily unexpire M96 flags" but the fact it's been expired means the ability to reenable it will be going away in a version or two :(
