Would like to see the option for "Search the web for "" " and "Ask cortana about "" " when selecting a phrase/word/string on a webpage to search my default search engine from classic Edge.

Search the Web is already an option.  As for Asking Cortana, that is a great suggestion and I will be sure to send that to the Product team.
