After installing the latest update on 2023-09-27 Explorer.exe refuses to run.
I have tried running it from Task Manager and from Command Prompt.
I even set a key in the Registry to try to force Explorer to run on start up (also didn't work).
I can't even open the Settings window to run Windows Update.
Any programs I want to use needs to be opened from Task Manager (which is not ideal).
Any ideas how to fix this issue.

SolutionI have managed to fix the issue and Explorer.exe is now running as it should. Not too sure what I did to fix it but it took me almost two days. Weird Gremlins in my system. LOL.
